Genel Nitelikler

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, MBA is a plus,
  • Experience in Online Sales, B2B digital platforms, trade marketing, loyalty program, campaign management, data analysis and reporting,
  • Experience in the Automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus,
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Analytical Thinking & Customer focused,
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently,
  • Experience in ERP tools especially SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good command of MS Office Applications,
  • Resefollowand curious, follows innovation the in e-commerce and digital world,
  • Team player with very good communication.

 

İş Tanımı 

  • Owns and manages the rollout of Sampa Connect; Sampa’s Digital Sales Platform includes all necessary improvements/adjustments to reflect customers’ needs,
  • Develops right selling approach to customers and build a change management plan in order to successfully transition our customers to the digital way of doing business with Sampa,
  • Develops and implements a cross-channel digital Sales and marketing strategy,
  • Leads and ensures the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all B2B internal and external communications and marketing materials,
  • Performs industry and competitive analysis,
  • Provides high product availability and optimum pricing for customers in collaboration with the pricing team, sales team and relevant departments,
  • Designs and implements the B2B loyalty program for customer segments,
  • Plans and manages campaigns, promotions and newly released product announcements for online and offline customers to increase revenue, customer activity and loyalty,
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (A/B Testings etc) and keeps track of marketing metrics and trends such as conversion rates,
  • Plans and manages communication activities to be carried out through communication channels (SMS, Push, Email, Outbound Call, etc.) in line with the marketing communication strategy,
  • Prepare insights driven from the B2B platform.
