Genel Nitelikler
- Prepares market research by deep diving into customer data and creating insights in order to develop marketing and sales strategies in the automotive aftermarket industry,
- Develop and implement a cross-channel CRM strategy focused on driving engagement and loyalty with new and existing customers,
- Collaborates with internal teams (especially Sales) to identify opportunities to enrich/cleanse current data,
- Makes product /market / customer-based segmentation and SWOT analysis,
- Delivers of high-quality reports and insights on all available internal and external data to support regional and individual business unit’s decision-making,
- Competitive Analysis: identify key industry competitors and evaluate their strategies to determine areas of opportunity,
- Support Sales representatives and relevant employees in shaping the future of their business growth roadmap through data-driven projects,
- Monitor relationships with customers through CRM systems,
- Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective tool for analyzing market data,
- To ensure the management of all projects for the customer (increasing data quality, increasing satisfaction and loyalty, etc.) and developing projects in related fields,
İş Tanımı
- BA/BS degree in related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, campaign management, data analysis and reporting or equivalent strategic consulting experience,
- Well organized, passionate, self-motivated and customer-oriented,
- Analytical Thinking & Customer focused,
- Experience in the Automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus,
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels,
- Experience in ERP tools especially SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Experience in quantitative research, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning,
- Familiar with relevant methodologies for understanding and interpreting customer behavior and Customer interactions with technology,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office Applications,
- Familiar with end-to-end data management and visualization tools.
