WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Co-creating and implementing various events and campaigns for talents.
• Developing and cultivating sustainable partnerships with universities, education and skills development associations and ministries, together with Team Finland colleagues.
• Selecting reliable external partners which identify, attract, advice and screen various talents to Finland and manage agreements.
• Acting as spokesperson for Finland as a country to work, study, research and live.
• Building country image in events, social media and other relevant channels.
• Building and managing partnerships with the Türkish startup ecosystem to enhance mutual collaboration and flow of entrepreneurs to Finland.
• Co-operating in student & researcher attraction with Study in Finland.
• Support invest in cases with talent attraction perspective.
• Coordinating and collaborating with team members from international Team Finland -network, Business Finland Global Network and Finnish companies.
• Leading Finland’s Talent Boost activities in Türkiye.
• Co-operate in student & researcher attraction with Study in Finland and Team Finland Knowledge Specialists.

WHO AND WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in the job, you should have a Master’s degree, for example in commercial, technical or social sciences, and minimum 5 years’ work experience in Türkish or Finnish technology sector, business development, international sales or international HR.

• Connections to talent pools in Türkiye, for example higher education institutions, startup ecosystem and professional networks
• Understanding the recruitment needs of Finnish companies
• Service and sales-oriented mindset, understanding customer segmentation, different customer needs and service models
• Self-driven and result oriented approach to work, ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in working in multinational teams
• Excellent teamwork skills, also in remote teams
• Fluent in English, excellent presentation and communication skills
• We value experience in business relations between Türkiye and Finland and understanding the cultural context
• Experience in international exchange programs or international HR and recruitment processes is an advantage
